Fearon Gold Art exhibition

This is the new exhibition of local in residence portrait artist Fearon Gold. Come along and see the exciting new hat designs as well as Fearon himself painting and drawing throughout the day.

A Radio Play in a Day

Our great workshop will suit those who would like to try their hand at acting without having to worry about remembering words! We will begin the day with some fun improvisation exercises before moving onto to working on scripts. A session on creating sound effects will end our morning session. The afternoon will be devoted to preparing and performing the main script: “Visitors”. It should be great fun.

'Of Seance and Starfish' - The Church Weekend

Heading up the weekend will be two full band sets. The Saturday evening performance will consist of a special anniversary show of the band’s most iconic album STARFISH [30th anniversary] played in its entirety plus other selected highlights from the band’s career. Sunday sees another exclusive as The Church play their album SEANCE in its entirety for the first time ever in the world, plus further selected highlights from the band’s career. The weekend pass will include access to a packed Sunday daytime programme with all band members performing solo shows as well a selection of Painkiller/Jack Frost/Far Out Corporation songs performed by various members.
Saturday 8 June - Doors open at 8pm for the first evening live music set. Sunday 9 June - Doors open at 1pm for the daytime programme until 6.30pm. Doors reopen at 7.30pm for the evening live music set.

Artists' Open Studios

Painters, sculptors, photographers and ceramicists working in an old vicarage in Shepherds Bush open their studios to the general public. See art, chat about art, buy art and soak up the arty atmosphere! Refreshments available.

A walk exploring the production of TV programmes in Hammersmith and Fulham

This walk starts at the War Memorial on Shepherds Bush Green and looks at buildings that have been used in the production of TV programmes, telling the story of this in the Borough. To book a space and find out more details, e-mail There will be a £5 donation collected on the day.

This year Hammersmith United Charities partners up with Pekoe Mellow Tea House in beautiful Brackenbury Village for an art exhibition! We present art from the talented residents of our sheltered Housing scheme in Sycamore House and John Betts House. Join us for a cup of tea and enjoy the colourful world of local artists.
