Performing Arts Digital Showcase

We are all missing the live arts during this strange time. But we are delighted that local artists have not been put off making it! We can't take you to the theatre, but we can invite you to sit back in front of your device and stream work from a range of local groups and artists directly to your house. We hope you enjoy it, take some comfort and inspiration from it and discover something you didn't know about. We would love to hear your feedback.

In the film, Ella is Richard Melanin The Third discovering a clever way to keep 2 metres apart whilst out for a run in the park. The work is a playful response to the situation we find ourselves in, creating a spectacle from a familiar activity that plays with the obstacle. “I wanted to make a piece that didn’t concentrate on the problem and instead looked at new possibilities as the solution." - Ella The Great
